ECBA: European Arrest Warrant - How to search the section Case Law EAW?

At present the section Case Law EAW details information only on Belgium, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. We were informed by many of our participants that it is very difficult to obtain information about defences raised in EAW surrender cases, because the judgments are not made publicly available. Any information concerning EAW surrender cases including case reports, in particular, dealing with the role of the defence is of course more than welcome.

All the case reports are provided with keywords, which enables you to search for specific subjects within the database.

Alternatively search for case reports of a particular Member State, by clicking on the Member State of your choice from the list on the left. Accordingly all the available case reports will be shown.

If possible we have linked the original judgment to the case report.
